Not able to redeem my discount.

I am applying the 25% discount offered for the ICICI Rubyx credit card to book the stand-up comedy show tickets on BookmyShow app. The app displayed an error stating that the offer was not applicable. I have never used the offer before that. Could someone please explain why I am receiving this message?

May be the offer has been expired, or discount is not applicable to particular show. It's always better to read the terms and conditions carefully.
