I'm interested in the ₹6,999 registration deal, but I'm concerned that there might be a catch. Is it worth saving a little money now if it leads to penalties or issues later? When should I focus more on protecting my business's future instead of just saving money?

I’ve seen a lot of people get caught by those 'all-in' deals that aren't actually all-in. Usually, that ₹6,999 is just for the service, and the government fees get tacked on later. My advice? Get a full breakdown of costs upfront and verify the agency on the MCA portal.

Keep in mind that GST registration is free online, so only pay if you prefer assistance with the paperwork. It’s much cheaper to pay for good help now than to pay a penalty later for a messy filing.

Should I clarify exactly what this ₹6,999 covers before paying? Since GST registration is free and company filings usually start at around ₹12,000, I need to know the inclusions to avoid those ₹100 daily late fees from the ROC later on.

Should I risk the liability and disqualification from a Section 248 strike-off? Since I'm still responsible for unpaid penalties, isn't it better to use the current CCFS-2026 scheme to exit for only 25% of the usual fee?
