The National Single Window System (NSWS) is not used evenly across states. As a founder in a tier-2 city, how can I effectively track approvals from different departments? Is this system trustworthy, or will it just lead to more delays than the usual process?

If privacy is my concern, should I consider forming an LLP or a Private Limited Company to keep my identity separate from the business? Or would it be better to explore ways to legally protect my name while still complying with Indian regulations?
