Before I try forcing this alphanumeric account into HDFC’s beneficiary system, shouldn’t I first check whether stamp-duty RTGS payments are actually supposed to be made directly through the SHCIL e-stamp portal instead?

I am new to investing; I opened my salary account in December only. I want to start a SIP, but I don't know from where to start. My financial knowledge is very minimal. Could you provide me some beginner-friendly investments?
