If dining out is a regular expense, should the decision focus more on actual monthly savings, usage caps, and partner availability in your city, rather than headline offers that may not be equally beneficial in real-life spending?

I am looking to transfer our four-year-old Star Health policy, with a ₹7L base and ₹30L bonus, to ICICI Lombard. Can I do that? If yes, then what's the procedure for porting? How are pre-existing condition waiting periods managed, and what would the new premium be? We've had no claims with Star Health.
