You don't really need to overthink the wallet. UPI is the best option for almost all transactions. It's a trustworthy choice for resolving payment failures and offering special discounts. I would only consider using the wallet if you see an offer that's too good to pass up; otherwise, it’s just one more thing to manage.

In a scenario where fuel wallet limits and refund issues exist, is it still prudent to keep funds deposited in them? I'm worried about the regulatory risks. Wouldn’t switching to UPI or bank-backed fuel cards be safer and provide me with more flexibility?

Before you give up on the deal, just make sure all the conditions are met. Many of these offers require you to activate them or load your wallet in a specific way first. I know the poor support is frustrating, but if this continues to happen even when you do everything correctly, then definitely stop using them and find a better app for your payments.

If you don't need cash immediately, then it's better to put all the money in mutual funds. Trust me, it's a wise decision. For stable and steady growth, you could consider a balanced fund or a large-cap fund. The risk factor is very low in these types of mutual funds. 
If you want flexibility, you can transfer this money to your savings account to earn the interest, or you could just put in a short-term fixed deposit.

In my cred wallet, i have around 1 lac coins which I want to use now. I checked the products list on the app bit all the products seems luxury. If anyone has used the points, where have they been used? I would be grateful to learn any tips or strategies for increasing my cred.
