What is the reason for the delays of the recent US-India trade deal over agriculture tariffs? Why is it such a big struggle to finalize a trade deal, particularly on agricultural and tariff disputes?
If this deal is done, then how would this deal affect the bilateral relations, duties, and exports in the future?
