How is this war affecting our economy?

India imports roughly 1.7 to 2.0 million barrels of crude oil from Russia which constitutes approximately 33-37% of our total crude oil supply. But why should we care about the USA-Iran war? Can't we just increase our import from Russia? How can Middle East tensions harm our economy?
