Should I switch from my Diamant credit card to an Emeralde credit card?

Hello everyone, recently i got the opportunity to change my ICICI Diamant Credit Card to an Emeralde credit card. The annual fees ( Rs.12,000) associated with this card make me doubtful. I got this card 5 months ago, and this is the first time I am having a credit card.
So I wanted to know about your opinions and experiences with the Emeralde credit card.

There is no need to change the card, as you already have the best one. ICICI Diamant CC is a super-premium credit card.
