    Hi
    I am currently investing in:

    • Nippon Indian Small Cap: 2000
    • Nippon Indian Large Cap: 2500
    • ICICI Pru Technology Fund: 2000
    • Aditya Birla PSU Equity Fund: 3500

I am planning to stop my Aditya Birla PSU Equity Fund SIP and wanted to invest (Rs. 6500) in another midcap fund for the long term. So which one should I consider? Motilal Oswal Midcap or Nippon India Nifty SmallCap.

Motilal Oswal Midcap could be a good midcap investment option for you as it can diversify your portfolio of midcap stocks and offer possible growth.

Nippon India Nifty SmallCap would keep you mainly invested in small-cap stocks, which usually carry higher risk and may not give you balanced growth that midcap funds offer.
