Almost all the banks give the same rate of interest on RDs. If yes, then which is the best bank for opening an RD account?

I am facing this issue whenever I am adding my bank details to Phonepe. I have already added my number to my bank account. I tried adding a new account to Phonepe, but I failed multiple times at OTP. I recently changed my phone. With the same number, I am using GPay. So tell me, what could be the solution for this?
