I have been using a credit card from Axis Bank for the past few years. But recently i discovered they had been billing for foreign exchange transactions not reported earlier. I had a call with customer care, but they said this fee is very usual. So i want to know if there are any charges charged by Axis Bank. I'm thinking of complaining through the RBI Ombudsman as I assumed there were no extra fees for overseas transactions.
