Thanks for your suggestion. My father invested some money in mutual funds and some in PPF, as he does not want to take too much risk now.

My father is interested in investing somewhere where he can consistently earn profits after selling certain stocks worth 20 lakhs. He has decided to no longer invest in stocks. He is looking at several other choices, such as debt mutual funds, PPF, and real estate. What would you suggest?
