    I’m very frustrated with Axis Bank due to these hidden charges and dwindling cashback. Before I close my accounts, has anyone actually had success addressing these issues with the bank’s grievance cell or the RBI? As someone dealing with this, how do you distinguish a genuinely transparent bank from one that uses misleading promotions?
