Who is responsible for the failed transaction: Gpay or Amazon?

I recently purchased something from Amazon and payment is dome from Gpay, but I didn’t get the order confirmation. I had a word with customer care of amazon as well as gpay. Amazon told me they have not received any payment from gpay, and gpay says the payment is done from their side.
For the past two days, neither my order confirmation nor my refund have appeared in my bank account. Is this some kind of technical glitch or something else, and I don’t know what to do now. Where should I file a complaint about this issue? -
This is a technology issue with Amazon and Gpay. As you said, you spoke with Amazon and Gpay, but their responses were unsatisfactory. File a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) website ([email protected]) or call on their toll-free number 1800-11-4000 or 1915.
