Which bank has good customer service with minimal deposit facilities?

I need your suggestion to open a saving account (secondary account) to use for UPI’s only. I have a few requirements, like good customer service and good net banking service.

I have one salary account in PNB, and I am pleased with the services. I went to ICICI Bank to open saving accounts, but they asked me to deposit 1 lakh to open an account.

For good customer service and excellent net banking service, you can consider opening a secondary savings account at either Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, or Kotak Bank. These banks also give you the facility to maintain the minimum balance in your account.
