How much time will RBI take to resolve my issue?

When I opened a savings account with HDFC Bank, the advisor convinced me that there would be no fees for keeping a balance less than the minimum required in the first year. But after 2 months, when I checked my account, I noticed they deducted some amount from my account. Once I reached out to customer service, they insisted they had misled me. I am considering filing a complaint with the RBI. The RBI website's straightforward procedure makes me hopeful for a fix. Is there anyone who has experienced this type of problem? How many days will it take to resolve my issue?

I have faced a similar problem with another private bank. Do one thing: collect all your documents (account details, transaction proofs, complaint letter, ID proof, etc.) and all communication records before submitting your complaint to the RBI. RBI will resolve this issue in 30-35 days, as my issue was resolved in 30 days.
