Should i file a complaint with the RBI?

I have been using a credit card from Axis Bank for the past few years. But recently i discovered they had been billing for foreign exchange transactions not reported earlier. I had a call with customer care, but they said this fee is very usual. So i want to know if there are any charges charged by Axis Bank. I'm thinking of complaining through the RBI Ombudsman as I assumed there were no extra fees for overseas transactions. -
While doing international transactions, most banks impose a transaction fee, typically a percentage of the transaction amount. The card's terms outline all these details, which I'm sure they have already explained to you. However, if they failed to disclose these charges to you during the credit card application process, it's advisable to lodge a complaint against them.
