I am planning to get health insurance for myself, but confused between Policybazar and Ditto. Which one will provide more consistent support, while making claims or when hospitalized Has anybody used any of these sites? If so please share your experiences.

Policybazar and Ditto are advisors, so the insurance company decides how to help with claims.
Policybazar has a wide range of options, but some customers complain that they don’t offer enough help after the sale.
Ditto provides more personalized services and consistent claim support.
I would recommend Ditto for an easy procedure during claims and hospitalization.

    Hi
After a lot of research, I am interested in Aditya Birla Activ one health insurance. So I am planning to purchase Active One insurance from Policy Bazaar, which is costing me around Rs.3000 per month for ₹10 lakh coverage. My requirements seem to be met, like no room rent limits, pre- and post hospitalization coverage, etc.
I just want to know whether it's good to proceed or not.
    Thanks
