Motor insurance claim delays are common with some insurers. Now, how can I identify companies that consistently offer quick, hassle-free settlements? Should factors like claim approval ratio, garage network, or customer service quality matter more than just low premiums when switching?

Absolutely! When it comes to settling claims quickly and easily, an insurer's history is far more important than simply picking the lowest price. It's a good idea to consider factors such as how often they approve claims, how swiftly their surveyors respond, the number of cashless garages they have, and the quality of their customer service. These are usually better indicators of a trustworthy company than merely opting for the cheapest policy available.

When I buy insurance, I care more about getting paid than about saving a few bucks. How can I verify payout speeds, hidden complaints, and the quality of hospitals instead of just believing the advertised claims?
