In the future, if I accidentally miss a payment, the immediate interest and credit hit feel so harsh. Shouldn't banks offer a little more grace or proactive reminders for first-time slips? It feels like they’re prioritizing quick penalties over actually building a long-term relationship with their customers. Is there a better option?
