Best insurance plan for my mother.

I am looking for a health insurance plan for my 51 year old mother. She is diabetic. I saw some health insurance plans on policy bazaar and on some other sites and found it too expensive. Around 40- 60K per month as premium. Is there any plan that you can suggest to me which is good and affordable at the same time?
