Changing Name on PayTM with KYC Verified

How can I change my name on a fully validated PayTM account using KYC? Adding my name to the account is necessary because I have been using my father's. Is it feasible to make this happen?

It’s not permitted to change the name on fully KYC Validated paytm account. But in order to resolve this issues, talk to paytm customer and describe you situation.
Get your Aadhar and PAN Card with your real name and an official statement ready as a evidence.

If nothing happens, open a new account.
