I ordered an article of Rs. 5000 from Amazon with the Kotak Urbane Gold Credit Card. I deposited the money, and in place of the confirmation message, it routed back to the payment page again.
I didn't understand what just happened. The money is deducted from my account, but Amazon says the order is pending.
I did the transaction on December 18th, but I did not get the money back even after talking to the bank as well as Amazon. I don't have any idea what to do now.
