What is the difference in interest rates between the FD and the overdraft? Additionally, how does the FD's tax liability affect the net savings compared to simply paying for the interiors outright?

A bank fraud happened with us; through my mother's account, an unapproved credit card was issued, and more than 2 lakhs of transactions were done. We had a talk with the manager, and they claim that transactions are clear. Now what should we do?
