I recently purchased something from Amazon and payment is dome from Gpay, but I didn’t get the order confirmation. I had a word with customer care of amazon as well as gpay. Amazon told me they have not received any payment from gpay, and gpay says the payment is done from their side. 
For the past two days, neither my order confirmation nor my refund have appeared in my bank account. Is this some kind of technical glitch or something else, and I don’t know what to do now. Where should I file a complaint about this issue?

I am a resident of Bangalore, and I am earning pretty well. I am planning to sell my old car (Tata Punch), as I want to buy a second-hand car (Hyundai Creta). But the problem is that the car (which I am going to buy) is from another state. I have some savings and want to apply for a car loan from a bank.

So my question is, can I get a car loan for another state-registered car?
